Microsoft Word Viewer 2003 is a tool developed to allow you to open any document created with an old version of Microsoft Word, without having to have it installed on your operating system. Not only is it compatible with old Word files such as "rtf", but you can also open files in web formats such as "htm" or "html" extensions, "text files", "txt", "wps" or some others such as "xml documents.
Its interface is similar to the Microsoft Word 2003 version and is a simple and free way to view most text files. Remember that with this application you will not be able to edit them, just view them.
If you want to open Microsoft Office Word 2007 files you will need to download a compatibility pack after installing Microsoft Word Viewer 2003.
